After graduating from Metro State University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a master's degree in Management and Administration, I worked for Scott County, MN where I oversaw the Mental Health Clinic, Public Health, Human Services, and Veterans Services. I retired as Associate Administrator after 34 years of service. My husband, Bruce, and I currently live in New York in the summer and San Benito, Texas the rest of the year. I volunteer mentoring children and technical college graduates. I also chair a twice yearly food drive.
We have two sons. Peter lives in Roseville, MN. Eric is married and lives in Mechanicville, New York. My granddaughters, Kristen and Amber, graduated from the State University of New York at Albany and we have two great grandsons.
I love to travel and am an RVer. We have been to every state, parts of Europe, most of Canada and Mexico as well as the Caribbean. We love riding on our motorcycle and I belong to a motorcycle club, writers club, book club and a genealogy club and love to play Mah Jongg. I also boat, hike and play water volley ball.
