I graduated with BA at UC Berkeley and MPA at Golden Gate Univ. SF and attended FBI National Acadamy. After 30+ years in law enforcement, retired as Captain of Detectives / Monterey County Sheriff's Department. Also had 30+ years teaching administration of justice subjects at academies and colleges.
I am now Fire Chief - Coffee Creek Volunteer Fire Department and Trinity Center Volunteer Fire Department and spend my spare time fly-fishing, vintage racing, photography and shooting.
